COVID – 19 Customer Notice

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and suppliers is our upmost priority.

Our office remains open and we continue to operate as normal but with some minimal requests which are aimed at reducing risk and are for the protection of everyone.

If possible, we would request that customers contact us by telephone (+44 28 677 23366) or email ( rather than calling into our office. If you need to visit our office, we would ask that you be mindful of social distancing and give our staff and other customer’s adequate space.

If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions below, we would ask that you do not visit our office, but contact us by telephone or email:

  • If you feel unwell in any way.
  • Have a high temperature.
  • Have a new and continuous cough.
  • If you or anyone you have come into have come into contact with has been diagnosed with having coronavirus.
  • If you or anyone you have come into contact with has travelled, within the past two weeks, from one of the Countries identified as Coronavirus “Hotspots”

Lastly, we would ask that payments are made by card or BACS to avoid unnecessary handling of cash.
